ORU has many visit opportunities throughout the year, including individual Eagle Day Visits, Group Visit Days, College Weekend, Transfer Student Visit Day, Christian School Visit Day, and more. Eagle Day Visits and summer-specific visit events are available in the summer. Visit campusvisits.oru.edu for a full schedule of campus visit events.
One-day Eagle Day Visits are available Monday-Friday year-round, except during University breaks and large campus visit events. One-night or two-night Eagle Day Visits are available for unmarried high school or transfer students, ages 15-24, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters.
When you schedule an Eagle Day Visit, our Campus Visits Staff will help you design a personalized visit that is specific to you. During an Eagle Day visit, you have the opportunity to go on a campus tour with a Student Ambassador, visit the Prayer Tower, meet with an Admissions and Financial Aid counselor, visit classes in the area of your interest, eat in the Cafeteria or in one of our other dining locations, attend a Chapel service, spend the night in one of our dorms with a Student Ambassador Host and more!
College Weekend is a fun-filled, energy-packed, three-day, two-night visit event where hundreds of high school and transfer students from all over the world gather together to get a glimpse of what it is like to be students at ORU. At College Weekend, you will have the opportunity to spend time with other prospective students and current ORU students, participate in student life activities, go on a campus tour with a Student Ambassador, visit the Prayer Tower, meet with an Admissions and Financial Aid, visit classes in the area of your interest, participate in academic sessions with faculty members, hear about clubs and organizations available at ORU, eat in the Cafeteria and some of our other dining locations, attend a Chapel service, spend the night in one of our dorms and much, much more!
