The balance on your student account is due prior to the first day of class each semester. In addition, a billing statement is emailed to you periodically during the semester for any additional charges that you may have been assessed. 

The balance due on your student account is calculated by adding all your charges (Tuition, fees, room and board) minus the financial aid that you have been awarded (Grants, Scholarships and Loans).
